Salmon Arm, B.C. — The Salmon Arm Silverbacks are seeking one individual to fill the role of Sales Representative for the 23/24 BCHL season!
This individual is responsible for overseeing all Silverbacks Licensed Product ordering, inventory, and sales along with overseeing all Box office operations. This individual will be required to work some evenings and weekends based off the Silverbacks home schedule.
This position is full time with a salary-based pay structure.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in Retail Sales in an asset but not required.
- Knowledge and strong understanding of Excel, Word, and computer skills.
- Outgoing personality and strong customer service skills.
- Able to time manage and work independently.
- Knowledge of Hockey Operations is an asset but not required.
Job duties will include:
- Manage all Igniter ticketing annual duties.
- Oversee all box office operations.
- Manage all Group and Season tickets.
- Responsible for daily inventory and product pick up.
- Assist in product ordering & strategic planning.
- Responsible for year-end inventory reporting.
- Report directly to the company Controller & General Manager
- Oversee all Silverbacks game night sales operations including Box office & Backs Shack.
