Salmon Arm, BC – The Salmon Arm Silverbacks are pleased to announce that Owen Desilets has committed to Dartmouth College.
Desilets says “Playing Division one hockey has been a dream of mine ever since I was kid, so this first step is very exciting for me. I would like to thank my friends, teammates, coaches, and especially my family who have sacrificed a lot for me to get to the point I’m at in my hockey career. I’m thrilled to be attending Dartmouth, and look forward to the rest of the year in Salmon Arm!”
Desilets is currently in his second season as a Silverback. In 31 games last season he scored 2 goals, and added 6 assists for 8 points. Through 10 games this season he has recorded 4 assists.
