The Salmon Arm Silverbacks are excited to announce goalie Ethan Langenegger has been named as an honourable mention for BCHL Player of the Week.
In two games this weekend, Ethan Langenegger faced 64 shots stopping 60 for an impressive 0.938 Save % and 2.02 Goals Against Average. This season, Langenegger has the 2nd best GAA amongst rookie goalies with 2.97. League wide he is third in minutes played for goalies with 850 and third in saves with 451.
Langenegger and his Silverback teammates are on the road this week playing Wednesday night in Vernon, and Saturday night against the league leading Chilliwack Chiefs.
