The Salmon Arm Silverbacks are excited to announce Ethan Langenegger has been named as an honourable mention for the BCHL Player of the Week.
In three games played, Langenegger faced 140 shots stopping 132 of them for a 0.943 SV% and 1.94 GAA. Playing in his first playoffs, the rookie netminder finished the first round with the sixth best GAA (2.08) and second best SV% (0.938) around the league.
This is the third time this season Ethan Langenegger has been named as an honourable mention for BCHL Player of the Week.
With their season wrapped up, Salmon Arm will be hosting their Annual Awards Banquet on March 14th at Elks Hall starting at 5:30. Tickets are available for just $25 per ticket. Please call the Silverbacks office at 250-832-3856.
