Salmon Arm, B.C. – The Salmon Arm Silverbacks have signed forward Easton Walos (’08) for the 2024/25 season.

Walos is playing with the Mount St. Charles Academy 15U AAA team where the young 15-year-old has scored 20 goals and added 58 assists for 78 points in 50 games. The 5’10 forward will be leading his team at Nationals. The season before, he put up 119 points in 59 games played for the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals 14U AAA team.

“We’re thrilled to add a young player like Easton to our lineup next season,” said Silverbacks GM, Brooks Christensen. “We feel his style of play matches the identity we want throughout our lineup and feel he will fit perfectly with our group. We wish him all the best in their upcoming Nationals tournament and look forward to having him in a Silverbacks jersey!”

The Hartland, Wisconsin native will be joining his brother, Tanner Walos, in Salmon Arm.

“I am extremely excited to be a part of the Salmon Arm Silverbacks,” said Easton. “I have heard nothing but great things about the organization and the Salmon Arm community. I am super excited to be a part of a great team to start my junior hockey career.”

The Silverbacks would like to welcome Easton to the organization and to Salmon Arm!
