Silverbacks acquire Dylan Anderson

Salmon Arm, BC – The Salmon Silverbacks have announced the acquisition of 2002 born defenceman, Dylan Anderson, from the Everett Silvertips of the Western Hockey League (WHL).

Anderson spent the last three years with Everett, where he suited up for 143 games. In that time he scored 5 goals, and added 26 assists for 31 points.

Silverbacks General Manager, Brooks Christensen, said the team is thrilled to be adding Anderson to the roster.
“When Dylan came available it was a no brainer to add him to our roster. He’s a piece we feel was needed on our back end and his experience will help us tremendously. We are looking to lean on Dylan to contribute in all aspects of the ice when he joins our group this week.”

The Langley born defenceman was originally drafted 75th Overall by the Silvertips in the fourth round of the 2017 WHL Prospects Draft.

Please join us in welcoming Dylan to the Silverbacks organization.
