Friday April 26th – Sunday April 28th the Salmon Arm Silverbacks are hosting their annual Spring Camp.
Over 100 players are in the Shaw Centre vying for a spot on the roster next season. Players in the camp range in age from being born in 1999 to 2004. Last season, the Silverbacks had six players on their opening night roster who attended the 2018 Spring Camp.
Friday consists of small games and physical testing in the Shaw Centre. Saturday, starting at 8am and ending at 8pm there will be games being played in the arena between the eight different teams. On Sunday, there will again be games from 8am-12:45pm. A Top Prospects game will be played Sunday afternoon starting at 2:00pm.
The camp this weekend is free for the public to attend.
