Salmon Arm, BC – The Salmon Arm Silverbacks Junior ‘A’ Hockey Club will hold main camp this weekend. 60 players will attend main camp and vie for 22 positions on the team.
Head Coach Brandon West said, “We are excited to welcome 60 young men and their families into Salmon Arm this weekend. Players from all over Canada and the United States will be vying for 22 spots on the 2014/2015 roster. We are looking forward to seeing these elite athletes compete and show us what they can bring to Salmon Arm and the Silverbacks.”
Friday’s camp will kick-off with registration, fitness testing, practice and games. Saturday’s schedule includes games at 9 am, 10 am, 6 pm & 7 pm. The puck drops for Sunday’s All-Star Game at 1 pm.
The public is welcome to attend any of these games at no charge. We invite our fans, sponsors and season ticket holders to come and catch a glimpse of the players as our team takes shape.
