Salmon Arm, B.C. — The schedule for the first round of the BCHL Playoffs has been determined, with the Backs kicking things off on home ice this coming Friday and Saturday at the Shaw Centre against the Victoria Grizzlies.
The Backs finished in third place in the Interior Division with a 30-23-5 record, while Victoria crosses over to the Interior because they were last in the Island Division with a 24-33-1 record.
The season series was split 1-1, with the Backs winning 5-3 at home on Sept. 21 and falling 6-2 on the road on Jan. 25.
The full schedule for round one is as follows:
Friday, Feb. 28 – 7 p.m. at the Shaw Centre, Salmon Arm.
Saturday, Feb. 29 – 7 p.m. at the Shaw Centre, Salmon Arm.
Monday, March 2 – 7p.m. at the Q Centre, Victoria.
Tuesday, March 3 – 7p.m. at the Q Centre, Victoria.
Thursday, March 5 – 7 p.m. at the Shaw Centre, Salmon Arm.
Saturday, March 7 – 7p.m. at the Q Centre, Victoria.
Monday, March 9 – 7 p.m. at the Shaw Centre, Salmon Arm.
