FORMER SILVERBACKS’ PLAYER LANDON SMITH
INVITED TO NHL CAMP

Salmon Arm, BC – The Salmon Arm Silverbacks Hockey Club is pleased to announce that former Silverback, Landon Smith, has been invited to attend the NHL Colorado Avalanche Development Camp, July 7-13.
Smith, a 20 year old from Denver, Colorado was the BCHL Leading Scorer and MVP with 43 goals and 40 assists during the 2013/2014 season. He spent one season with the Silverbacks in Salmon Arm and is joining NCAA Quinnipiac University for the 2014/2015 season.
"This is a proud day for Landon, his family and the Silverbacks. Landon was a special player here in Salmon Arm and we are happy for him to get this opportunity. We have no doubt that he will have success at the next level due to his work ethic and passion for the game," said Associate Head Coach Brandon West.
