The Salmon Arm Silverbacks have traded defenceman Max Wutzke to the Chilliwack Chiefs in exchange for future considerations.
19 year old Wutzke was in his third season with the Silverbacks. Coming back from a significant injury last season, Wutzke had 10 penalty minutes in five games with the team this year. He played 98 games over his career for the team scoring two goals and adding 15 assists for 17 points.
The Salmon Arm Silverbacks organization would like to wish Max the best with his new team.
With Wutzke going to Chilliwack, the Silverbacks now have seven defencemen on their roster.
