Salmon Arm, B.C. — Salmon Arm Silverbacks forward Simon Tassy has finished the 2020-21 pod season as the top goal scorer in the BC Hockey League.
The Mirabel, Que. native scored 18 goals in 20 games, three more goals than any other player. Tassy finished the season with 27 points, tied for 7th in the BCHL. He tallied 14 goals in his final 11 games and recorded six multi-goal games, the most by far of any player in the league.
Tassy recently committed to Minnesota State University, Mankato, but has another year of junior eligibility.
