Salmon Arm B.C. — The Salmon Arm Silverbacks are thrilled to announce the acquisition of 20-year-old forward Sullivan Mack from the Wenatchee Wild in exchange for future considerations.

Mack, from Anchorage, AK, was one of the top goal and point scorers in all of United States High School Prep hockey last season, scoring 44 goals and tallying 70 points in just 34 games for Kimball Union Academy. The year prior, he scored 28 goals in 37 games for KUA, one of the more prestigious prep programs.

“Sullivan was a player we followed last year and when given the opportunity to acquire him, we couldn’t pass it up,” Silverbacks general manager Brooks Christensen said. “Although we see Sullivan as a 200-foot player, his goal scoring track record is what truly impressed us. We expect him to step in and contribute offensively.”

The 6-foot, 180 lb. forward was named to the USHS First Team All-New England Team (East) this past season, a honour that Silverback forward Danny Ciccarello also received. He also comes to the Silverbacks with a scholarship to Cornell University.

Mack is now one of three KUA alumni on the Silverbacks, along with forwards Drew Bennett and Paul Doré.

The Silverbacks would like to welcome Sullivan to Salmon Arm!
