Salmon Arm, BC – Salmon Arm Silverbacks forward Owen Beckner has been named to the 2022/23 BCHL All Star Game.
The 17 year old is thriving in his second year as a Silverback. Through 18 games this season he has 19 points (8G ,11A) which is good for the team lead in assists and points. Earlier in the season he committed to Colorado College, and recently signed his Letter of Intent. He was also listed by NHL Central Scouting in their 2023 Watch List ahead of the upcoming NHL Draft.
The All Star weekend will take place in Penticton from January 20th, until January 22nd.
