Salmon Arm, B.C. – The Salmon Arm Silverbacks are pleased to announce that Defenceman Luke Lepper (’05) has committed to Stonehill College.
“Stonehill has been excellent to work with and I’m very excited to commit to their program,” said Lepper. “I’m extremely grateful for my family, coaches, and teammates who have helped me achieve this goal.”
Lepper joined the Silverbacks and has made an instant impact on this team. Through 16 games, the 20-year-old has 1 goal and 9 assists for 10 points, while logging serious minutes on every facet of this team. Before joining Salmon Arm, the Brandon, Manitoba native spent two seasons in the SJHL with the Flin Flon Bombers, playing in 98 games and scoring 51 points. Lepper also suited up at the World Junior A Challenge last season, winning a bronze medal with team Canada West.
