Salmon Arm, B.C. – The Salmon Arm Silverbacks are pleased to announce that defenceman Kaycee Coyle (’04) has committed to Tennessee State University.
“I am honoured to be continuing my hockey career and playing for Tennessee State University,” said Coyle. “I’ve been working for this for a long time now and I think it will be the best fit for me. I am excited to be playing for them in the inaugural season. I would like to thank my family, coaches, teammates, and everyone else who has helped me get to this point.”
Coyle is in his first season with the Silverbacks where the 20-year-old has eight assists in 18 games so far. Before joining the purple and white, Kaycee spent a season in the MJHL with the Niverville Nighthawks where the defenceman had 16 goals and 36 assists for 52 points in 56 games.
