Salmon Arm, B.C. – The Salmon Arm Silverbacks are pleased to announce that Defenceman Cole Longacre (’06) has committed to Army West Point.
“I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to commit to West Point and honored to begin this journey of service and leadership,” said Longacre. “I’m incredibly thankful for my teammates and coaching staff for their support and for helping me get to this point.”
Longacre is already tied for his career high in points this season with the Silverbacks, scoring 3 goals and 10 assists for 13 points in 33 games. Spending two seasons now in Salmon Arm, Longacre has 26 points in 83 BCHL games.
