Ciccarello Traded to SJHL’s Melfort Mustangs

SALMON ARM, BC: The Salmon Arm Silverbacks announced today that 2001 born forward Danny Ciccarello has been traded to the Melfort Mustangs of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League in exchange for future considerations.

Ciccarello was in his second season in a Silverbacks uniform, and over his tenure in Salmon Arm, he played 45 games and tallied 17 points. In 27 games this season, Ciccarello found the back of the net four times and chipped in with six assists. The Kirkland, Quebec product is slated to attend RPI in the Fall.

Head Coach and Assistant General Manager Tyler Shattock commented on the move.

“We would like to thank Danny for his hard work and dedication to the program over the past year and a half. We wish him all the best in the future,” said Shattock.

The Salmon Arm Silverbacks organization would like to thank Danny and wish him all the best the rest of the season in Melfort.
