Salmon Arm, B.C. — Part one of the BCHL Showcase Festival presented by Bauer wraps up tonight in Chilliwack, but that’s only half the fun, as it switches venues to Penticton on Friday and Saturday.
The South Okanagan Events Centre in Penticton is exactly where the Salmon Arm Silverbacks (7-1-1-0) will take to the ice, facing off against the Wenatchee Wild (5-1-1-1) on Friday at 1 p.m., followed by a rematch against the Coquitlam Express (7-1-0-0) on Saturday at 10 a.m., who narrowly defeated the Backs in overtime last Saturday by a score of 3-2.
