IT'S TIME.
After 178 days without SilverBacks hockey at the Shaw Centre, your team returns to friendly ice this Friday to host the Vernon Vipers in what will be the the beginning of another great season of hockey in Salmon Arm.
The 'Backs played two games at the BCHL Bauer Showcase last weekend to begin the Regular Season schedule, losing 5-4 in OT on Saturday to Victoria, before losing 5-1 to Powell River the following day.
This weekend they will look to redeem themselves, against a Vernon team that won both its games at the Showcase.
Puck Drop is set for 7pm on Friday with live entertainment beginning in the parking lot of the Shaw Centre at 5:30pm thanks to our friends at Salmon Arm GM.
For those looking for something to do on Saturday, jump in the car. Your 'Backs head to Vernon on Saturday for a 7pm start.
