The SilverBacks; despite a list of injuries, got production all throughout the line-up, and were even able to open the scoring on the most exciting play in hockey; a penalty shot – Max Becker; who has enjoyed playing on the top line this weekend, scored his 3rd of the season, 5:32 into the 1st period.

That lead held up going into the 2nd; where both teams combined for a 5 goal offensive outburst. Salmon Arm took a 2-0 lead on Alex Jewell's first of two goals he would pick up on the night. The Cents came back with two goals mid-way through the 2nd period by Hartley and Patterson, but the SilverBacks responded with Jewell's 2nd, and Landon Smith's amazing goal between his legs on a beautiful feed by Taylor Maruya for a 4-2 advantage.

Salmon Arm added insurrance in the 3rd; when the leagues leading scorer Landon Smith, got his 30th point of the year setting up Evan Anderson, short-handed for his 10th of the year to make it 5-2.

With the win, the 'Backs captured all four of four possible points on the Weekend; topping rivals Penticton and Merrit.
